Epilogue:

Our laws about marriage are so antiquated, but I don’t need to tell you that. Alice trapped in a loveless marriage in order to keep possession of her son. And who’s to say that three or more consenting adults shouldn’t share the same legal rights as two? Well, pretty much everybody.

A few years back Alice showed up (lovelier than ever, but don’t tell my wives I said that… remember the ravines & coyotes) on the run from that creep of a husband. I’m not sure what his deal was, he had refused to give her a divorce. Margaret used her skills as a crime reporter and her various police contacts to finally get the lowdown on him. He actually showed up here once when I was at work (besides writing bad Sci-Fi, I’m an Assistant Sociology Professor & Baseball Coach at our local cow-college). He agreed to sign the papers (my wives can be so persuasive) and has never been heard from again.

Seriously, I mean that. Never heard from again. When I go hiding from my wives in the ravines, I don’t look to closely at any bones I might encounter.

Alice has married again and seems happy.

Dennis sweeps in unannounced whenever it suits him, usually dragging his latest boyfriend or girlfriend in tow. There’s always a tragic story.

I try to tell him that having a huge dick and sunny personality is no way to go through life.

Margaret asks, how the hell would I know, since I have neither.

Marie just slaps me in the back of the head.

Sometimes my wives hurt my feelings. I usually go and sulk with the coyotes until I feel better.

Postscript: Im checking the A/C
