Take Pity on Me

Titan tower was in shambles after Slade had attack. Terra had brought down the defense grid and took Beast Boy on a date to get him out of the tower before the attack. When Slade showed up on the date, he revealed Terra as the enemy that she was and the treachery, which she had committed. Beast Boy tried to deny it and tell himself that is was all a dream, but it wasn't. He had to face reality; Terra was with Slade.
Back at Titan Tower, during the repairs Beast Boy sat down on couch "Why did she do it?" Beast Boy said between tears, "She had everything here and she threw it in our faces." "I don't know Beast Boy, but she did and now she's our enemy." Robin said as he tried to make BB feel better. He knew, as did everyone else in Titan Tower, that BB had a huge crush on Terra. "I don't think that I’ll be able to fight her though,” BB said, starting to tear up, "I think that I actually love her and fighting is not going to fix anything." "True but..obinobin tried to think of the right words, "She betrayed us. She's with Slade now. You're going to have to fight her sooner or later." Raven interrupted as she walked into the room. "I know. I know. But dude, how can I when I love her." "Won't know" Raven said, "I keep my emotions in check so I don't love and feel this thing called heartache that you are experiencing." "That doesn't help" BB nearly shouted. "Then you’re going to have to find some way to express yourself." Robin stated, "Find something that will help the pain go away". "Like what?" BB asked. "I work out and..." Robin stopped. "And what? " Raven and BB asked. "Nothing" Robin said, starting to blush. "What is it that you do to help you with depression" BB insisted. "I spend time with friends, close friends" Robin said, choosing his words carefully. Beast Boy, not being the sharpest tool in the shed dropped it right there, but Raven understood clearly what Robin meant. When he got upset, he and Starfire would have sex, plain and simple. Raven then decided that it was time to meditate, no need to think of Robin or sex, "Some are just destined to this emotion of love. I am not one of them." She then levitated and flew to the rooftop where she could meditate in peace.
Robin, seeing how much BB was thinking about Terra, decided to make dinner all the while trying to figure out a way to comfort Beast Boy. "Damn, there is nobody in this place that can figure a way to help him." Robin muttered. It was true. Starfire was able to understand Robin both because they slept together and Robin was open to Starfire's questions, no matter how obscured they may seem. Raven, by her own admission, had no understanding of love. What was to be done for Beast Boy? There seem to be nothing that could be done.
Finally a tofu dinner was finished just for BB in addition to some veggie burgers and vegetable pizza. Assembling for the meal, each of the titans said something that they hoped would lift BB's spirit.” I would like to say that Beast Boy is one of the finest game players I've ever competed against" Cyborg said. "Beast Boy, you have saved my life many a times thanks to your unique shape shifting." Robin added. "You are truly a good friend Beast Boy" Starfire added. All raven did was to give her monotone "what happens happens" speech ( Damn, can't she say anything that could help someone who’s depressed.) "A toast" Robin said, "to Beast Boy, for all that he has done and what he will continue into the future." "I shall fetch the toast,” Starfire said, getting up to get some toast. "That's not what I meant Star" Robin said, grabbing her arm, "What I mean is to salute Beast Boy. Just do what we do" pointing to Raven and Cyborg. Grabbing their glasses, the titans gave a toast to BB. "Thanks guys, I really appreciate all this" Beast boy said with a slight hint of higher spirits, "now lets dig in." Grabbing across the table, Beast boy grabbed every food on the table. "Come on guys" BB said between bites, "I can't eat all of this by myself." "You've done a pretty good job to me" Cyborg said, pointing at the table. Already all the tofu hotdogs were gone. "Sorry guys, guess depression really works up my appetite,” the green titan said, giving one of his huge smiles. "Well, I did make this for you for the most part, Beast Boy" Robin said as he grabbed a slice of pizza. "I shall fetch us a movie for tonight. Shall it be a...oh...what is it called...oh yes, horror film" Starfire asked. "That would be great. Geez, you two really know how to make a person feel better" implying Robin and Starfire, " and Cyborg, you've been nicer too". "What about Raven, hasn't she helped you any?" Robin asked. "I suppose she hasn't teased me but that’s probably because I haven't been talking much since well you know" BB answered. "Understood." Robin said.
After dinner, Starfire flew to the movie rental to find something that may give Beast Boy a good scare, and he wasn't easily frightened. No movie where the monster was a creepy spider or attacking animals ever got a reaction from Beast Boy. After all, he was at one point, all those creatures, why should they frighten him. That drastically reduced Starfire's choices. "What film will give Beast Boy a fright? " Starfire asked herself walking up and down the movie aisles. "He sure is difficult to scare." She finally selected a movie with mutants. "This should do the job,” Starfire thought as she paid for the movie.
It was dark by the time that Starfire returned and Raven, who didn't like horror films (Teen titan episode, nevermore), had gone to the roof top to meditate (like she does anything else when she's not fighting crime). Cyborg had also retired to bed, being a robot; he needed to recharge his batteries for 10 hours to run at full capacity the next day. Robin and Beast boy were playing some poker just to pass the time. "I have returned my friends." Starfire said as she entered the main room. Beast Boy got up and ran over to see what film Starfire got while Robin sat back and stared at Starfire, smiling. Handing the movie over to beast boy, Starfire walked over obinobin to give him a hug (like that's all she wanted to do. Ha) Beast Boy ran over to the TV and played the movie.
While Beast Boy was occupied with the movie, Robin and Starfire began to kiss periodically through the movie, mostly at the most frightening times, when BB would be distracted. "Wow, that was a great movie star" BB said after the final scene ended. "How did you know that was one of the best ever?!" he inquired. "I guess I was just lucky" Starfire responded. "I'm going to bed,” Robin said, yawning and scratching his chest. "Yes, it is late and I believe that you are feeling better know beast boy". Starfire said. "You guys have made me so happy that I’ve nearly lost any care for Terra, although I still like her." BB said sliding a bit back into a depressive state. "Sleeping will take care of the rest of your pity" Starfire said. "Good night" Robin said walking of to his room. "Night Robin" BB shouted. "I don't think that I’ll take care of the problem. I'm gonna have to face her." Beast boy said. "I trust that you will take care of your troubles well Beast Boy" Starfire said giving a hug to Beast Boy before going to her room for the night.
"Wow, I guess I’m the only one left awake. " BB said. "Time for a little late night snack." Walking over to the frig, BB pond wha what he would do to get even with Terra. "I've gotta make that little bitch pay for what she did. Somehow I'm gonna make her pay"
