Evil's Return

The rest of the night passed, and as the sun rose a chill seemed to go over the city despite it was the middle of summer. It was Sunday and not many offices or stores were open. Somehow every one knew something was going to happen and people only went out if they really had to. The chill caused a fog to lift up the river and go around Titans tower. Raven was back to her full size and was staring out the window. Across the River, on top of a building looking at Titan tower was Yawgy in Beast boys body. Neither coucld of seen the other but they knew each other was there.
"Then we finish it today?" Raven said under her breath.
Yawgy on his roof top nodded his head.
"Where do you want your resting place to be?" Yagwy asked drawing a stare from Gary who was with him.
"Where we fought the first time. this began in the the park and will end there." Raven was talking in normal volume now, drawing looks from the other titans.
"One way or anther, a titan will die today." Yagwy said.
Yawgy turned away and disappeared.

"Raven what are you going on about?" Robin asked.
"I was just talking to Yawgy. today, in the park. all or nothing. he's not going to retreat and neither shall we." Raven said moving away from the window.
"But we havn't found a way to save Beast boy yet." Cyborg said.
"He won't wait." Raven said coldy.
"But what if you have to.." Speedy started to say.
"SHUT UP!" Raven yelled, her hair flying widly and her eyes red. " You think i want this?"
"I-I" Speedy tried to say.
Raven's hair went back to normal and her eyes changed back.
"It's a last resort. we'll just have to capture him and keep him prisoner till we can free Beast boy." Robin said.
Aqualad was barly awake and was drinking some coffe when he got a gaint grin on his face and stood up knocking some coffe out of his cup and onto the floor.
"Of course! Raven what about Kal? Come on, we know about this stuff in atlandtis, surly you know about Kal's staff!"
Raven looked at Aqualad like he was on crack before smiling.
"Of course!" Raven said.
she felt like smacking herself on the head.
"What is the staff og Kal?" Starfire asked whiping up the spilled coffe.
"Or a Kal while we're at it." Cyborg asked.
"Every one knows that Merlin was King Aruthers Godfather, but few poeple know about Kal, Aruthers brother. what few stoires that are know about him today are kids tales. the truth was that growing up if Kal or Aruther misbehaved Merlin would change them into animals or the like. While Aruther reformed to be a great King Kal only gained a great fear of Merlin. his fear was so great that he sacerfirced all the wealth that Aruther had given him to pay a group of wizerds to made him a staff that could block Merlins power and harm merlin. He got the staff but before he could use it to get his revenge he was cut down in the millde of a saxxon raid."
"Sucks to be him." Speedy said.
Raven shot him a annoyed look.
"But the staff exits. we just need to track it down. If i used that staff i could take out Gary's staff. If i can do that then all the spells he casted with it's power will be undone."
"Inclueing the one.." Cyborg strated to say.
"The one that brought Yagwy back." Raven beamed.
"Problem." Robin said. Every one looked at him cofused. "Does anyone know where this staff is?"
"....Oh...yeah..." Raven said.
"Try seaching on E bay for it." Speedy said.
"There is no way it'll be on EBay." Cyborg said.
Robin quickly checked and confimed this.
"Well if it was in the musums then it would of been there with the staff of Merlin.." Aqualad said.
"What if it is in someones private collection?" starfire asked.
"Good point. that person would be braging about such a find so um... trying seaching goggle for staff of Kal." Robin said.

"But I still don't understand why we're raidign this guys house." Gary said.
Him and Yawgy where seaching thru some rich guys house looking for anther staff. Ruby, Ninja and Yaceron where taking care of the guards while Copy cat, Terra and Blaze were hidding in the park just in case the titans showed up to start the showdown.
"Look, by now Raven has probley relized that there's a staff that can beat you. the staff of Kal." Yagwy said, talking as if he was explaining something to a child.
"That thing exists?" Gary said looking alarmed.
"Yes. and i happen to know that this guy owns it. therefore if we take it first, then they can't use it on you. Plus he has anther item i'm interested." Yawgy said.
Yawgy stopped into front of a glass case and smiled. In the case was a long black staff, varous symbols all over it. alos in the case was a small amulet shaped like a cross with a k on it.
Yawgy broke the case open and pulled out the staff and amulet. placeing the amulet around his neck he smiled.
"Let's go."

"I've got good news and Bad news." Cyborg said.
"Good news?" Robin asked.
"I've found the staff. and the guy who has it lives in the city."
"Bad news?" Raven asked.
"We just got news that a house is being robbed, set off a fancy alarm syterm."
"Let me guess, it's his house?" Raven said.
"Yup."
"DAMNIT!"
"Friends... I do not wish to fight with Beast boy but we have accpeted Yawys challage and if we do not shwo up he may begin to hurt people." Starfire said.
Robin sighed and rubed his eyes before looking up at every one.
"Let's do it."

Yawgy had Gary make a thone for him near the edge of the park so he could watch the fight that was about to begin. in his hand was the staff of Kal, and at his sides were terra and Copy cat. Ruby and Yaceron were scareing off people from the park making sure the titans wouldn't have anyreason to be distracted. Standing in a line in front of him was Gary, Ninja and Blaze.
The titans were slwol to show up but when they did they appoched in a line. Ruby and Yaceron joined Yawgys ranks.
They supressed their surprize at seeing terra there.
"Anther dirty trick i see." Raven said.
"My favoite kind." Yawgy said with a smile.
"Is she even in control of herself?" Robin asked with a look of disgust at Yawgy.
"Nope! the coller makes it so she has to obey my comands. I've told her to fight you just like she did as Slade's appentice."
"...What did you do to Merlins staff?" Raven asked Gary.
Gary blushed.
"I made it into kool armour so i can draw on it's power with ease.plus i look really kool now."
"...You look like a freaking DBZ reject." Cyborg said.
Yawgy and the others laughted as Gary blushed ever reder.
"You're going to reget that!" He growled.
"Enough. let's finish this." Robin said. "TITIANS GO!"

Robin leap up trying to get at Yawgy to grab the staff but Ninja jumped up and tackled Robin.
"Give up now little boy. I beat you before, i can do it again."
They landed away from every one else next a to tree line. the two rolled away from each other and to their feet.
"Last time you took a cheap shot." Robin said.
he took out his bo and made a bring it gesture with his hand as Ninja took out a bo as well.
"Last time i was ordered not to kill you. rest assured I'm not handicaped that why this time."

Cyborg plowed forward and went right after Ruby, nailing the dragon with a uppercut that sent him flying towards a convince store near the entrance of the park and went after him. Just as Cyborg reached the spot Ruby leap forward and naled Cyborg in the jaw causeing him to see stars for a couple of seconds.
"Don't tell me you think your going to beat me. last time i stuck my claw right into your cybernetic eye and you cried like a little bitch."
"Yea well you forgot about te one majr disadvanage of fighting a cyborg." Cyborg said gettoing up.
"Oh?" Ruby said with a amused looked on his face.
Cyborgs shoulders lifted up and revealed missles while both his hands turned into cannons.
"we can get upgrades."

Blaze took to the sky getting ready to fire down on the titan when Starfire flew up and headbutted him in the jaw. Blaze flew back but regrained his balance and cracked his jaw.
"Still sore about the beatdown from last time huh? come here and i'll kiss your bruises better." Blaze said with a smirk.
Starfire's eyes glowed as she growled.
"You will not! Your friends are not here to help you this time!"

Terra stepped forward and looked at Aqualad and Speedy and laughted.
"These are what pass for titans these days? I'm glad I left the group when i did."
"Hey! scerw you!" Speedy said.
"Yea, and for the record, we're Teen titans east." Aqualad said.
"So you weren't even good enough for the origal titans so you went off and formed your own. this is too much. keep the others for back up, i'll take both of these losers at once." Terra said smiling as she walked forward.
"Bring it!" Speedy said.
"You know bad it's gonna look if she beats us right?" Aqualad whispered to Speedy.
Before Speedy could answer terra hit them both with a piller of earth that knocked them away.

Raven stepped forward and looked at Yawgy.
"Your the one who started all this. You and me, right now." Raven said.
"Isn't that brave, putting on a brave face even as she challages her boyfriends body. sadly enough you'll have to wait. I mean really, anyone who's every played a video game knows you gotta go thru the bosses sidekick first."
Gary stepped forward and grins. making a engery blade emegre from his wrist guard.
"Shall we dance?"
