Chapter VII. In Your Dreams

BB is looking at the screen sadly: Hey guys, it’s been four days and Blitz still isn’t back from New York yet. It’s been so boring here without him. Look around.

*Raven and Starfire are slouching on the couch, half asleep. Cyborg is counting the all raindrops that hit the window. Robin… couldn’t be happier.*

Robin: Hey BB, watsup!

*BB just stares at him with a get the fuck out of my face expression.*

Robin: Hey, how about we play some video games! We should hurry up, before-

*Suddenly, the front door bursts open. Revealing what everyone (except for Robin) wanted.*

Blitz: anyone miss me!!!

Starfire and Raven in unison: BLITZ IS BACK!!!

*They ran over to him, tackled him to the floor, and started kissing every single spot on his face that they could manage.*

Blitz chuckling: I guess… that… is a… yes.

Cyborg and BB ran over to help him with his luggage.

Cyborg: so, how was it?

Blitz: it was hellastupid

BB: well, did anything good come out of it.

Blitz: well, being away from you guys made me think we should spend more time together… so I decided we should have a first class ORGY PARTY!!!

Jinx, Terra, Blackfire, Aqualad, Bumblebee, and Speedy came through the doors.

Everybody: YEAH!!!

Robin: wait, I guess, I’m not invited, am I

Robin and Veronica start heading to the elevator.

Blitz: well, I thought that since we treat him so badly, we should give him a break

Cyborg, BB, Raven, and Starfire looked at Blitz as if they didn’t know him.

Blitz then fell on the floor, laughing.

Blitz: What do you think is in that pink sportsbag? Veronica is an extreme dominatrix! I told her that Robin is gay, so she brought her strap-on and everything!!!

Cyborg: If you was ever wondering why we need Blitz to make stories, or why Blitz is part of the teen titans period. Is because Blitz’s power is power to make anyone do what he wants, as long as he types it or writes it. Blitz wrote, “ There will be no more crime, ever.” and now, the teen titans have no more problems. But, since then we’ve been bored, so Blitz got the idea to make up stories for entertainment, and that’s how it all began.

Blitz enters the room and holds a piece of paper to Cyborg smiling mischievously. It says “Cyborg makes Blitz a sandwich”.

Cyborg: son of a… I gotta go.

Blitz starts waving to the screen as it fades out.

Jinx, Cyborg, and Starfire, and Raven are out, in the rain, still searching for BB.

“At this rate, we’re never going to find him!” Cyborg shouted through the rain.

“Cyborg’s right, we can’t find him this way, we’ll have to try another way,” shouted Raven.

“ I agree, I suggest, we look down upon the earth through the air.” Starfire suggested.

“That’s a good idea, we’ll be able to cover more ground that way.” Jinx agreed.

Starfire the grabbed onto Cyborg and lifted him into the air, Raven followed, holding onto Jinx.

“It is much easier to see from up hear,” said Jinx

“Yeah,” Starfire started to frown, “but still no sign of our BB.”

Raven turned to Starfire

“Well, maybe if we stay up a little while longer, we’ll be able to-AAUUGH!! JINX!!!

Raven was caught of guard by something flying the air, most likely a bird, which made her drop Jinx, who’s is now dropping down to earth. The bird that ran into Raven then started to fly down toward Jinx as soon as he was under her, it transformed into a pterodactyl and caught Jinx on it’s back.

Everyone was speechless.

Cyborg got part of his voice back.

“…BB?”

Starfire, still carrying Cyborg, began to fly down to the ground, followed by Raven. When they got to the ground, they realized it was BB who was carrying a scared and confused looking Jinx in his arms. As BB put Jinx back on her feet, he turned and waved to everyone else. Raven ran over to BB, she was smiling, tears were coming out of her eyes and she was about to hug him. But, as soon as she got to his face, she quickly stopped, knowing what she was about to do; she quickly blushed and hid her face. She then started to talk in her monotone voice.

“Why did you run into me like that?” said Raven, as if that was the reason she ran over there.

BB, knowing why she really ran over here, just looked at her.

“Sorry, I didn’t see you in the rain until it was too late.”

Raven, didn’t say anything, they both just stood there, letting the rain pour on their heads. Starfire then broke the silence.

“I am overjoyed to see you are okay!”

She ran over to him, and gave him one of her famous vice-grip bear hugs. BB looked over to Raven, though he didn’t see her that much due to the shaking from Starfire’s hug, he could tell that she was depressed, and was hiding a secret, that was too late to tell.

“Thank you Starfire, but could you let me down now.” Starfire quickly let go of him. “Oops, sorry.”

Jinx then ran and hugged BB with tears in her eyes, nearly making him fall over.

“I’m so glad to see your okay,” she said while holding onto him, “I was so scared.”

“It’s okay, I’m here and there will be no reason to be scared anymore”

Jinx was surprised how serious he sounded, she then pulled out from the hug to look at BB’s face, his face was heartwarming to her. More tears came to her eyes, and she hugged him a second time.

“Why don’t we head back to the tower, I think I have more water in me than spongebob squarepants right now”

Jinx giggled, “well, could we walk there, I don’t think I’m much in the mood to fly.

With that, everyone started to head back to the tower. BB had his arms around Jinx’s hips, and Jinx had her arms around his while resting her head on his shoulders. Cyborg, Starfire, and Raven walked behind. Starfire then turned to Raven.

“Friend Raven?”

“Yes, Starfire?”

“You usually don’t show affection to BB, why did you run over to him like that?

Raven started to hide her face again.

“I…I just wanted to make sure he was okay.”

“Oh…”

Starfire didn’t look convinced.

As they started to enter the door, they saw Robin waiting in the middle of the room.

“What is she doing, here?”

Nobody said anything; they just ignored him and started to walk over to the kitchen.

Robin got angry.

“What is that bitch doing here?” his voice was louder, in case they didn’t hear him the first time.

Everyone stopped. Cyborg opened his mouth to say something, but BB quickly stopped him. BB then started to walk over to Robin, giving Robin a smile, the smile made Robin shake a little. When BB got into Robin’s face he started to talk.

“Are you going to let her stay,” he transformed his hand into a bear claw, “or am I going to have to convince you?”
Robin then looked at BB’s claw, then at his face, then back at his claw, and kept on switching back and forth, until he gave up. Robin just turned around, and walked to the elevator, not saying anything to anybody. When Robin was gone. BB turned around and walked over to the fridge Jinx followed him.

“I’m going to take a shower, I’m going to take a long time in there, probably to let out stress and think, so don’t worry about me okay?” Jinx kissed BB on the cheek and headed for the stairs.

“I’m going to get some sleep.” Cyborg said quickly heading to the steps. BB started to yawn.

“I’m tired too, I didn’t get any sleep for nearly two days. BB started to follow Cyborg up the steps.

Starfire and Raven were left downstairs.

“I’m going to go meditate.” Raven said.

“May I meditate with you?”

“Well… I’m doing a different type of meditating, and it could be dangerous.”

Before Starfire could say anything else, Raven transported through the ground leaving her all alone. Starfire just looked at where Raven stood last.

“Oh…” she said before walking away.

BB was in his bed; he was still in his uniform because he was too tired to change. He was staring at ceiling, waiting for the sandman to take him away. He soon fell asleep.

He then woke up in a green field, no flowers or anything, just one big tree up on a hill. But, it didn’t feel like a dream, BB started walking, he tripped, and it hurt, he felt it.
