CHAPTER SIX: COCK ROBIN


SUPERMAN had no idea how long he'd sat alone with his thoughts after Huntress had left him. He made occasional attempts to break himself free from the bindings but the combination of Kara's beatings and the strength of the restraints frustrated all his efforts.
He wondered how long it would be before his disappearance was noted and the search for him began. He was confident Batman, Robin or Captain America would finally find him at some stage. Then perhaps between them they could snap Kara out of whatever spell she was under.

Superman sat silently seething inwardly at her taunts. His once-friend seemed to be taking a sadistic pleasure in trying to destroy him both physically and mentally - revelling in his degradation.
"Anyway Superslut," she continued kneeling alongside him so her mouth was right next to his ear. "I've got a surprise for you. I thought you might get lonely all on your own so I've brought you a friend. A little puppy dog for you."
As she finished speaking there was a grunt from the far side of the room as Robin stumbled into the room Vixen gleefully pushing him in the back from behind. Superman groaned as his eyes took in the shape of the young crimefighter. His arms were fastened around his back and his legs manacled together by a short chain. He shuffled forward uncertainly as Vixen shoved him from behind.
"No Kara," moaned Superman. "You can't do this. Let him go."
