Raven had been missing only a few days and yet the Titans had seen Robin once and that was when he went into the computer lab the first day she was abducted.
Robin sat at the computer, the lights were off and only the blue tint from the computer lit up his face. He hadn’t showered or slept, coffee cups and food trays were littered around the computer and he looked exhausted. He kept telling himself not to over look any of the details, he had to find Raven, had to find Slade.
Robin dropped his head into his hands and hated himself. He had promised her that he’d take care of her, no harm would come. He had lied; he had given up the fight so easily. Why didn’t he just end it when he had the chance, why did he have to be such a hero?
It was his fault Raven was taken, and he put it up to himself to find her.
His concentration was broken when the door slid open. Robin’s eyes looked at the blinking clock that flashed 2:30 AM. The very time he went to Raven’s room the first night 3 months ago. It was the first time they kissed, embraced, made love.
“Robin, how are you holding up?”
“I’m fine.”
Terra leaned against the desk, looking at the mess and then at the contents on the table. Robin’s costume was filthy, littered with crumbs, sweat and who knew what else, not to mention how wrinkled it had gotten.
“Do you need any help?”
“No.”
He made his answers quick and to the point, not wanting to waste any time.
“You should rest. Raven won’t be going anywhere.”
She spoke as if she knew…knew what happened to Raven. Robin looked up at her and noticed what she wore. A pink camisole and shorts that hung to her body tightly. She was flat and held no curves, how Beast Boy picked her over luscious and curvaceous Raven, he didn’t know, but he was glad.
“I need to find her.”
“I know it’s important. We’ve searched the entire city twice over and no signs…”
“Terra, get out.” Robin’s voice was harsh and demanding, it made her head jerk away a little. Terra’s eyes narrowed as she stared at the wreck.
“Robin, I was just coming to visit you.” She touched his collar lightly, flicking off some crumb.
“I don’t need your company.”
“Since when were you so cruel to me?”
“Terra, leave, please.”
Terra refused to budge; she was stubborn and hated people talking to her like that. She crossed her arms and stared at him. Robin looked up from the computer, she was still there.
“Robin, I know how to help you forget Raven…”
“What?”
Terra pushed Robin from the chair, making him land on his back. She quickly straddled him, pressing him firmly against the ground with her palms. Her long blond hair fell over his musky body.
“Get off me.” Robin commanded, pushing her hands away.
Terra didn’t listen, but started grinding against him. Her breath quickened as did her pace. Robin groaned and reddened. He gave her a large push, making her hit her head on the desk, her camisole ripping.
“I told you to get off me.” He said louder, getting up. “I don’t know what you’re thinking…”
The doors slid open and Beast Boy walked in, carrying a cup of coffee. He saw his girlfriend on the floor, basically naked. Robin was towering over her, his fists clenched.
“What’s going on?” Beast Boy asked, confused.
“Oh BB!” Terra launched herself at him, making him spill the coffee on the ground. “He…he attacked me!”
“WHAT!” Robin spun around and faced his accuser, “You were the one…”
“I told him to stop, I love you…not him!”
Cyborg and Starfire heard the commotion and decided to check it out.
“She’s lying Beast Boy.” Robin said firmly, his hand quivering wanting to reach out and slap her.
“What’s going on man?” Cyborg asked, scratching his neck.
“Terra claims Robin attacked her…” Beast Boy said, his eyes narrowing at him.
“She’s a liar!”
“He’s just jealous of our relationship BB!” Terra said quietly, tugging at his arm. “Notice how different he is since Raven’s gone? He doesn’t talk to us. He HAS to be working with Slade…”
“WHAT!”
“Think about it…Why was Raven and him…alone on the rooftops? How did Slade even know where they’d be?”
The Titans looked at him and then Terra, truly confused. Robin shook with anger, he knew Terra was doing something for someone, and that some one was Slade. He had the gut feeling.
“Don’t listen to her.”
“She’s got a point, man.” Cyborg said, making Robin look at him in disbelief, “I mean, since we got back you haven’t been the same…”
“I was looking for Raven.”
“We all have been looking for Raven,” Starfire said quietly.
“You don’t go out anymore, you don’t do anything with us anymore…” Cyborg noted.
“You are accusing me of being a traitor?” Robin asked rather quietly.
“Not at all, we’re just trying to understand the situation…why was Terra in here and in her pajamas.”
“It’s 2 in the morning, why wouldn’t she be in her pajamas?”
“Why is she accusing you of trying to attack her?” Beast Boy said, clutching Terra to his chest.
“SHE made the move on me!”
Terra scoffed, “Why would I do that? I have BB…”
Robin glared at her, his hand inches away from slapping her.
“Are you going to believe her, or me?” Robin asked, standing up straight.
The Titans were silent, no one said anything, no did they want to. Robin looked around, waiting for an answer.
“Please, Robin. Let us help you.”
“I don’t nee help! What is wrong with you? Raven is missing and all you can do is stand there!”
“Stand there?” Cyborg said loudly, “We have been out in the city every waking moment, looking for her. What have YOU been doing? Sitting on the computer.”
“I was not just sitting on the computer.” Robin said hastily.
“What have you been doing? Keeping in contact with Slade?” Beast Boy blurted out, his voice rising about Cyborg.
They all looked at BB and then Robin.
“What?”
“You heard me. Are you or are you not working with Slade, you were his apprentice once…”
“Oh my God, you’re being ridiculous. I’m outta here.”
Robin attempted to push past the Titans but Cyborg stood in the way of the door, his arms hugged around his massive chest.
“Cy move.” He said, looking up at his friend.
“Robin, we need an answer.”
“I’m not working for Slade! Why would I?!”
“Then tell us what you’ve been doing these past days.”
“I’ve been looking for Raven!”
“A likely story…” Terra mumbled.
Robin wheeled around and grabbed her by the neck and pushed her against the wall. The Titans strained to grab him from her.
“I know what you’re up to.” He said coldly, watching her face contort to a smugness and then in horror.
“BB!!” She cried.
Cyborg grabbed Robin from her and Beast Boy wrapped his arms around her.
“LET ME GO!” Robin said, struggling from his grasp.
“Robin, you need to calm down!”
“I AM CALM! LET ME GO!”
Starfire stood in front of him, her eyes looking at him with pity. Something was wrong with her friend, he needed help.
“Star…” He called, watching her fist fly into his face.
He wobbled a bit in Cyborg’s arm before passing out. Damn she could hit….

Robin awoke in a barred cell. He groaned and felt his jaw, cracking it with little effort. He stood and looked at Terra who was standing in the dark.
“How could you!” He said loudly, pointing a finger at her.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“I know it was you who told Slade where we were…”
Terra shrugged and turned her back, leaving the room.
Robin slumped back down to the ground and held his head, how was he going to help Raven when his own friends believed he was working for him? He looked up and around. They hadn’t completely shut him away; he was in the storage room.
He looked toward a safe with a giant red x on it. Looking around he bent down and pulled apart some of his belt and tossing it at the level that controlled his cell. The walls went down and he made a dash to the vault, spinning it open. He stared at the suit and then looked back, grabbing something from the table near by.
Cyborg came walking in later to check on Robin. He was there, in his cell. Robin sat idly, staring into space.
“This is for your own good, man. We’re your friends, we care for you.”
Robin didn’t answer and Cyborg took the hint. He looked away and left, not before beefing up the codes, making sure Robin didn’t escape. As Cyborg left a gust of wind blew and Robin in the cell shifted.
He flickered and almost disappeared but came back again. Robin in the cell was a hologram….
