Encounter 3: Starfire
Superman stood in the large and austere foyer of the Titan Tower, arms folded across his chest, gazing out the casement to the water below. It had been a day since the death of both Beast Boy and Deathstroke. Superman concentrated and focused his super hearing toward the conference room three levels below him. He could discern two voices raised in a heated argument. One was Robin’s; the other he believed belonged to the Tamaranian girl Koriand’r, known to most as Starfire. Superman had never met her.
Starfire had returned late the previous night, and was shocked by the news of Beast Boy’s loss. In addition to that, she had learned of Raven’s lapse of control, and how Robin had left her alone after the battle.
“How could you, Robin?” Starfire’s voice was full of righteous fury. “She needed you, and you just left here there!”
“Cyborg needed help! Besides, it was Raven’s fault in the first place.” Robin shouted back defensively. “If she hadn’t let Deathstroke get to her, then Beast Boy wouldn’t…”
There was a sharp slap, and Superman didn’t need to x-ray the room to know that it had been Starfire’s palm striking Robin’s cheek. There was a deafening silence. Starfire and Robin had been interested in each other for years according to the rumors. But it had never become anything more than strong flirtation, apparently. The fact that they were using their superhero names was evidence enough that tensions were high.
He heard Starfire’s boots stomping from the room and heading to Raven’s quarters. After a few moments, he heard the girls speaking.
“Are you going to be all right, Raven?” Starfire asked with genuine concern. “Robin left you all alone…”
“I’ll be fine.” Raven said in her usual flat monotone. She paused, and then spoke in a softer voice. “Superman was there. He…”
Superman cut off his eavesdropping. There had been a day when listening in to anyone’s private conversation would have been unacceptable to him. Ever since the death of Lois, he had slowly started to shift his opinions on a lot of ethical questions. They kept him up at night, sometimes. He wasn’t even sure why he was still alive. No, that was a lie. He did know. He had things to do. As long as there was something to do, death would wait. And he wanted to do these things. When he was honest with himself, he knew that he’d wanted to do these things for a very long time.
As he gazed out over the water, there was the soft whoosh of a door. Before Superman could turn to see who it was, he felt a pair of slender arms slip under his biceps and embrace him tightly with extraordinary strength.
“Oh, Superman, I thank you!” Starfire’s voice was exuberant. “What can I ever do to thank you!”
“That’s quite all right, I’m just glad I got there in time to stop…” Superman’s voice faltered as he turned to look at Starfire. The Tamaranian’s head barely reached his chest, but her height was the least of his concerns. Starfire’s hair was a vivid crimson, and flowed down the full length of her back. Her skin was a salient orange, and wholly immaculate. Starfire’s eyes were twin flames of emerald light. Her body was the envy of any supermodel. Her generous bosom was barely covered by a violet V-shaped uniform which matched her thigh-high boots and forearm gauntlets. Her mauve lips smiled up at him with honest admiration.
“…Deathstroke.” Superman managed to finish. With an effort he averted his gaze.
“Are you certain there’s nothing I can do?” Starfire asked, her emerald eyes glimmered hypnotically. She laid her hands on his chest, sliding them down. “Raven told me…”
The door whooshed open again and Robin stormed into the room.
“Starfire, we need to talk!” Robin was furious. Starfire did not turn around, and instead looked up at Superman imploringly. A thousand thoughts ran through Superman’s mind in a fraction of a second, and he made his decision. Superman cocked his head as if listening to something.
“There’s someone in danger; a plane in trouble by the sound of it.” Superman’s voice was strong and in complete command. He looked down at the striking Tamaranian. “Starfire, I could use your help.” He turned and strode toward the window, which opened automatically. He crouched and then leapt out.
“Starfire!” Robin called, pleading.
Starfire grinned and in a flash of orange flame, flew out after Superman without as much as a pause, never looking back. Robin watched them vanish into the sky, his fist clenching in rage.
* * *
Superman flew out over the water, the Titan Tower retreating into the darkness behind him. He turned to his right and saw Starfire pulling up beside him. A wicked jet of flame trailed behind her hair. She glanced at him and smiled with gratitude.
“That’s quite spectacular.” Superman said, pointing to her contrail.
“Like you, my powers are fueled by solar radiation.” She shrugged. “I don’t really know why I glow and you don’t.” Starfire grinned playfully. “Sorry if its distracting.”
“I think it’s beautiful.” Superman said. “Like a warm flame on a cold night.”
Starfire’s grin widened. “There’s a spot I like; lots of sun. Wanna see?” When Superman nodded, Starfire shot away like a bolt of lightning. Smiling to himself, he turned on the speed and together they raced across the sea faster than a speeding bullet.
They reached a range of mountains just as the sun was starting to rise. Starfire led him to the tallest of the peaks. The air was crisp and clear, neither of them were bothered by the cold and took no heed of the snow that crunched under their boots as they landed. Starfire faced the east and spread her arms wide, welcoming the coming of the sun. It crested the horizon and light poured over them. Superman could almost feel his body absorbing the solar energy. Renewed strength flowed through them, and with it, Superman’s mind turned to more basic, more primitive thoughts.
Superman walked up behind Starfire, but just as he was about to open his mouth to say something, she whirled on him, leaping into his arms and smothering his mouth with hers. Superman returned the kiss, and they groped at each other passionately. Finally breaking off the kiss, Starfire looked up at him anxiously.
“Can I call you Kal-El?” her voice was tense.
“Do you mind if I call you Koriand’r?” Superman asked.
Starfire frowned, deep in thought. “Don’t.” She shook her head, beginning to smile. “I think that ‘Superman’ and ‘Starfire’ will be more accurate for what we’re about to do.”
Superman returned her smile. “My heavens, Miss Starfire, but what could you possibly mean?” he asked with mock confusion.
“Let me show you,” Starfire stepped back from him, her long crimson hair billowing in the mountain wind. She started to reach for the clasp of her top at the base of her neck, but hesitated. Her lip curled into a sly grin, and she put on a pouting expression. “Oh, Superman!” she called in a girlishly helpless voice. “Can you help me with this?”
Superman set his fists on his hips and spoke in his best public service voice. “Certainly, Miss. Hold still, now.” Searing heat flew from his eyes and sliced neatly through Starfire’s suit, but never so much as singed her. Her violet uniform fell, piece by piece into the snow at her feet. Once he was done, Superman took a moment, admiring her body. Her vividly orange skin, her streamlined physique, glowing emerald eyes, full breasts; Starfire was the quintessential exotic beauty.
Starfire strode towards him, hips swiveled alluringly while her grand breasts swayed gently. She pressed her body against his, and his manhood bulged against her stomach. She ran her hands over his chiseled chest, and traced the “S” insignia gently.
“I’m still unfamiliar with many earth customs.” Starfire said suggestively.
“That makes two of us.” Superman said as he brought up his hands, cradling the small of her back.
“So, do you prefer Kryptonian or Tamaranian style?” Starfire licked her lips.
“I believe Kryptonian tradition would involve several five minute sessions of intimacy, each separated by two hours of deep contemplation and discussion of our feelings.” Superman said.
“Tamaranian copulation is hard, fast, and considered one of the most taxing in the known universe.” Starfire whispered.
“Golly, let me think about it.” Superman said huskily as his lips met hers in another kiss. They fell to the ground, Superman on top, causing snow to shoot up around them. Superman broke their kiss, running his lips down her throat and then ravaging her stunning ruddy breasts. Starfire bit her lip trying to suppress a moan as Superman’s tongue lapped at her nipples.
Starfire’s hands slipped down into Superman’s suit, and she grasped his pulsing organ. She began to stroke it, jerking at him with all her strength. Superman groaned low in his throat and rolled over, Starfire sitting on his lap with his cock in her hands.
“Superman,” Starfire looked at him seriously. “There’s a reason why Ro—Why I haven’t done this with any human. Things are going to get hot. Really hot. I just thought you should be forewarned.”
“Starfire,” Superman looked her square in the eye. “I would be disappointed if they didn’t.”
Starfire giggled and then plunged his rod into her ginger folds. A fierce heat swallowed his cock in fiery excitement. Starfire’s crimson mane tossed about as she howled in pleasure. Her athletic frame undulated as she began riding him, rolling her hips and pumping his rigid staff. Superman grasped her breasts in his hands and kneaded the hot flesh.
“Oh, yes! Ahhh!” Starfire groaned. The sun continued to rise in the sky, bathing them in glorious, energizing light. Starfire twisted around 180 degrees, facing away from Superman’s torso, and gripped his knees for support as she ground her hips into him. Superman’s hands grasped her tight butt, working his fingers. Then Superman sat up, pressing his face into her exquisite tresses and breathing in her toasty scent. He reached around to her front and cupped her breasts as he reared up into her.
Starfire leaned back against his upright chest, craning her neck around to kiss him. She brought her legs up and set her booted feet on Superman’s knees. Her hands groped through his hair as they kissed fiercely. She rode him faster, moaning into his mouth.
Starfire’s tunnel felt like a blast furnace. Sweat began to bead on Superman’s brow. In fact, his whole body began to feel warm. Starfire had begun to glow. Flames started to lick around her legs and torso. Steam began to rise around them as the snow began to melt and vaporize. The flames around Starfire grew more intense, lapping around them. Superman was certain that an ordinary man would have been seriously hurt or even killed already.
Starfire had not been with a man since coming to earth, he realized. Superman’s heart went out to her; he knew the price of superpowers better than anyone. He renewed his thrusts, intent on giving her the ride of her life, slamming his hard rod into her scorching slit.
“Oh, Zall!” Starfire screamed. “Yes! Faster! You’re so…oh, X’Hal just do it harder!” Starfire’s long orange legs strained in effort, lifting her up and slamming her back down on Superman’s shaft. The flames around them became an inferno, sending steam shooting into the air.
There was a deep rumbling sound. A boulder, shook loose either by the force of their love making or their loud vocalizations, came tumbling down toward them. Superman thrust into Starfire particularly hard and, as she whipped her head back in delight, she sent a beam of green energy into the boulder almost as an afterthought, obliterating it.
Superman’s uniform had finally begun to char. Holes were burning open in the material, exposing his invulnerable flesh. His red shorts were completely vaporized, so severe was the heat at their joining. Superman could feel his orgasm approaching. The last of his uniform was consumed, and Starfire’s violet metal boots were running off her legs as they liquefied. Melted snow flowed around them, starting to boil.
“Oh, my Zall! Oh, plxing YES! Nnngh!!” Starfire squealed. She leaned her head back, bringing her cheek to cheek with Superman. She reached down and seized his testicles, kneading them in her hands. “I’m coming, Superman!”
“Starfire!” Superman’s voice carried strongly, his hands ravishing her blazing breasts. “Yes! I’m coming too!”
“Here it comes!” Starfire cried. Her eyes began spontaneously shooting green blasts of energy into the sky, making it suddenly clear why Tamaranian sex dictated that she face away from him “Oh, Superman!!!”
“My god! Aargh! Starfire!!!” Superman bucked up into Starfire and the universe went nova. The closest he could compare it to was being inside a thermonuclear explosion. Heat beyond comprehension engulfed them, their cries of ecstasy adding to the deafening concussion.
Far off in the Titan Tower, Robin looked out the window and saw a second sun appear on the horizon.
As the blinding light began to fade, Superman realized that they were falling. Looking around him, he saw that the entire top half of the mountain was gone; completely vaporized by Starfire’s climax. They hovered together, both trying to catch their breath while chunks of rock rained down around them. Superman’s member began to shrink, still caught in Starfire’s smoldering canal. After a moment, Starfire turned in his arms to face him.
“Well?” she asked cheerfully.
“I’m glad we didn’t go to my place.” Superman said, winking at her.
Starfire laughed gleefully, and snuggled against Superman’s chest, her cheek against his sternum. After a few moments, she spoke very softly.
“I suppose I ought to get back.” She said reluctantly.
“Yes,” Superman raised an eyebrow. “I hate to remind you, but you are naked. What about Robin? He’ll see.”
“Actually,” Starfire grinned. “I’m counting on it. What are you going to do now?” she asked, changing the subject.
“Out there.” Superman gestured toward the sky vaguely. “There’s someone out there who wanted something from me that I couldn’t give.” He looked back down at Starfire. “Now I can.”
Starfire reached up and ran her fingers across his cheek.
“You can give it, Superman.” She whispered with admiration. “Great Zall, but you can give it.”
