Rescue and Revenge
(Includes torture. Although not extremely graphic, it may offend some. You have been warned)

Beast Boy got stuck with an easy job, beating a gang of thugs trying to break into a research facility that worked on advancing boating technology. The green titan changed into an elephant, and easily taking care of the thugs. He was about to call up Robin on his communicator but thought that this will be the perfect chance to get Terra. Something inside him still wondered if she could be trusted. After all, she did betray him on their first date. What was stopping her from doing it again? Beast Boy wrestled with the question, but his affection for Terra won out and he decided to get a bird’s eye view to see if he could find Terra. Transforming into a hawk, Beast Boy flew high, looking for a sign saying “pier 7”

Flying high above Jump City, Beast Boy looked for the warehouse that Terra had written about in her letter. Landing on a rooftop, Beast Boy transformed into his normal self and scanned the area for any unusual activity. All that he saw was a pelican sitting on the docks. After what seemed like forever, a black truck rumbled alone on the dark, abandoned street. "Strange, what is a person doing out here, in the middle of the night of all times? " Transforming into a rat, Beast Boy again watched the truck pass his position. Following from above, Beast Boy scampered to keep up with the truck. It finally stopped at the warehouse in front of Pier 9, two away from where Terra said Slade was hiding, but there was no activity around that dock, "Maybe Slade figured out what terra did and moved his base of operations" BB thought, " or maybe the smear on the number was 9 not 7. Geez, they look so similar after their smudged." Watching closely, Beast Boy saw two people get out of the vehicle. One looked like Slade but it was moving really slowly, "a drone perhaps" BB thought, and the other was a short girl, "Terra! Its Terra, I found her,” BB thought. Transforming into a bat, Beast Boy flew to the ground, changed into a spider, and crawled up into the truck, which still had the keys in the ignition. Beast Boy change back and decided that this truck was going to help him get Slade.

Releasing the brakes on the truck and shifting into overdrive, Beast Boy stepped on the gas and smashed right through the "drone" narrowly missing Terra. Grabbing the handle on the front passenger side, Beast Boy opened the door. "Terra" he shouted, "Get in!" "Beast Boy" Terra looked up and saw that it truly was him. "I can't leave yet. Now that your here, I want to exact some revenge on Slade for what he did to me." Terra said, her eyes glowing. "You mean something more then making you betray me?" BB asked. "Yeah" came Terra's response, "ever since I've been his assistant after betraying you, he's done nothing but yell and beat me. You can see the bruises." She pulled up her sleeves, revealing black and blue marks up and down her arms. "And those ones hurt the least. These ones" she said pulling up her shirt to her reveal her stomach, "hurt like hell every time I try to treat them." "Well, do you want me to kill him? I'll do it, don't doubt that I’ll do it. " BB offered. "No, that would be too kind for Slade, he needs some torturing, really painful stuff like pulling out every hair on his body, legs, arms, head, even his..." Terra trailed off. "Even the ones below the belt?" Beast Boy asked raising his eyebrows. "Yea, but then we should get some clamps, leather straps, a chair, a battery, and some wires and shock the shit out of him." Terra continued. "What just a minute, we've got to get him beaten to a bloody pulp first." Beast Boy said, interrupting Terra's daydream. "Lets go get the bastard." BB said. "Let me get the door for you." With that BB transformed into a bear and slammed his claws against the door, buckling the metal and sending it deep into the warehouse. "Wait for me" Terra said following Beast boy. "Why don't you go ahead and toss some rocks down there to see if there are any mines or traps" Beast Boy suggested. "Good idea" Terra replied, lifting several chunks of asphalt and sending them flying through the building, knocking out some surveillance cameras.

"So she betrayed me." Slade muttered to himself while watching the monitors get knocked out. "It seems that there is nobody that can be trusted except yourself and those that have proven themselves time and time again. Sure Terra handed the Titans over, but that was only one time and she hasn't been doing her job will since. Cinderblock, come here." Out of the shadows the gargantuan rock monster walked out to receive his orders. "Get Beast Boy and that bitch Terra. Kill the titan but bring Terra back to me alive. I think she needs another beating." With that, the monster marched off to carry out the evil master's order. Stomping down from Slade's room, Cinderblock activated twenty drones that Slade gave to him. With the drones activated, Cinderblock and the droids went to carry out orders.

"It's quite, " Beast Boy whispered to Terra. "Too quite. I think he's expecting us." Terra whispered back. "Does he have anyone else here other than some robots and you. “? Beast Boy asked. "I don't think so, but I just got here so I can't really be sure” Terra responded. With that, the conversation ended and not a moment too soon cause Cinderblock and twenty sladebots smashed through a wall and confronted their enemy. "Guess there was more than just you and a few machines" Beast Boy said to Terra while keeping an eye on the attackers. "No problem, Cinderblock is a giant rock. Rocks are earth and I can control earth. Just let me take care of it. With that, Terra used her mental power to lift Cinderblock high above they rest of the army and dropped him twenty feet, sending a shockwave that knock Beast Boy, Terra, and the robots off their feet. "Nice" BB said in amazement, "That was way cooler way to take out cinderblock". "Let's get 'em,” Terra screamed, lifting some more rocks and threw them at hurricane speed into the robots. Taking about half out of commission. "My turn" Beast Boy said, morphing into a gorilla to toss the remaining robots like rag dolls.

"Shit! Cinderblock fail. I don't have Plasmas, I'm gonna have to take of this problem myself." Slade muttered as he saw Beast Boy and Terra pass through the wrecked army of robots. Cinderblock, falling so far and being so heavy and, smashing through the floor and ten feet into the sea mud below, was incapacitated. (They're in a warehouse at docks remember).

"Time to get a little revenge" Beast boy and Terra said together. They got to some stairs. "He's up there,” Terra told BB. "But he probably has some sort of trap set up. Let's take a different route." With that she raised a rock path from the floor and, with Beast boy beside her, Terra jumped up to the second floor. "Do you know where he is exactly, Terra?" Beast Boy asked. "No, but something tells me that he's in that room." Terra said pointing to the second door down the hall. "Lets get him,” Beast Boy said, transforming into a bear and carrying Terra on his shoulders. "Shall we knock first?" Terra asked teasingly. BB only smiled (can bears actually smile) and smashed down the door. Getting on his hind legs, Beast Boy walked into the room and saw Slade standing there with gun. "You betrayed me Terra. After all I did, you turned your back on me." "You beat me and made me give up my friends" Terra shouted back, sending a rock to knock the gun from Slade's hand. "Stupid girl, you have no friends, only me and I will take you back if you take care of this pest problem" Slade said in a menacing voice pointing at beast boy. "No, I won't" Terra's eyes lit up and she tossed another rock at Slade, only this time Slade dodged it and it hit the wall behind him. "Beast Boy" Terra shouted, "Lets give him a combo that he'll never forget. " Having said that Terra rose up a large bolder under Beast Boy and carried him several feet above Slade and only a few meters away. Jumping from his perch, Beast Boy transformed into a gorilla again and landed on Slade, breaking the floor and sending both him and Slade ten feet to the first floor. "Change Beast Boy" Terra shouted. Jogging BB from shock, the changling morphed into a pterodactyl and flew back up and landed next to Terra. "I'm going to fetch a ride,” Terra said as she got on Beast Boys back.

Gliding to where Slade was lying, Terra got off of BB and the green titan changed back to himself. "Is he alive, " Terra asked. "Yea just knocked out. Get some rope. We're taking him to the tower." Beast Boy ordered, "What's at the tower? " the confused girl asked. "My interrogation room. All those things that you want to do to Slade, I have the stuff there" Beast Boy answered with a hint of pride. Terra did as she was asked and looked for some rope but she found a chain instead. "Lets use this" Terra said to BB. "You bet. He'd probably get out of rope." Beast Boy responded. He proceeded to check Slade for any weapons or gizmos on his person. Training with Robin had taught him all the conventional places that people would hide weapons and a few non-conventional places. He removed a detonator, a gun, a communicator and some papers with plans on them. "Robin can use these" Beast Boy said as he put the paper in his pocket. "Lets get going before he wakes up." Terra said, bringing Beast Boy into active mode.

Grabbing the chain, Beast Boy wrapped the evil master and Terra wedged some rocks into the links, holding them tightly in place. Using their combined strength, Beast Boy and Terra loaded Slade into the back of the pickup that had taken Terra to the warehouse. (The black one that Beast boy used to hit the drone when he arrived.) To make sure that Slade was not going to get up, Terra add some additional boulders and set them on Slade, not enough to kill him, just make it difficult to breath and sap up his strength. "Get in the car " Beast boy told Terra. "Do you know how to drive? " Terra asked her rescuer. "Sure I do. How hard can it be?" With that, Beast boy shifted into reverse and backed tru truck down the road and then shifted it into overdrive. Slamming down on the gas, Beast Boy flew down the streets, narrowly missing pedestrians and took a few corners so fast that the truck nearly rolled over. Terra helped get back to the tower, which is on a island in the middle of a river, by raising some asphalt to create a high road back to Titan Tower.

When they finally arrived at the tower, Robin and the other titans were getting ready to search for Beast It It had nearly been ten minutes since the others got back and they couldn’t reach BB on the communicators. They waited that time assuming that Beast Boy had been tricked into following some crooks under the city, where the radios were no longer able to connect. “I’ve got to fix that problem,” Cyborg said so when Terra and Beast Boy were approaching, he was in his room, constructing a new titan communicator that could reach anywhere, underground, underwater, outer space, and any place that the group could think of. Robin was getting nervous and had the other two titans get ready to search for Beast Boy. The three titans were mapping out every possible spot that their friend was. They were about to go when Starfire was the first to notice a strange site in the night sky. A road was floating, construction, and deconstructing itself. The Robin and Raven looked at the anomaly and moaned al titans looked up as saw this strange sight of a car driving on a road that seemed to move itself piece by piece under the approaching vehicle. "Great, Terra’s back. Titans get ready” Robin shouted and the three titans got ready to fight the traitor. “Who is that,” Robin said looking up. “Looks like...Beast Boy,” Raven said. “Looks like he betrayed us too, just to be with Terra” Raven said trying to control her emotions, “I didn’t see this one coming”

The truck landed and Beast Boy and Terra got out. But while Terra was prepared to be attack, Beast Boy was caught of guard as Robin pinned him to the ground. “What are you doing man,” Beast Boy asked, leaning up against the truck with Robin’s bo targeting right at his heart. Robin could kill Beast Boy with one press of a button that extended the metal rod. “What the hell are you doing with her?” Robin shouted. “I rescued her. I saw her at the docks and I took a chance to save her. She wrote letters that she never gave me and while I was looking through her stuff, I found a letter from her, begging me to come save her.” Beast Boy said, praying that Robin would call of the attack. “Fine” and Robin lowered his staff, “but how are we doing to trust her again?” he said, pointing at Terra. “Dude, she helped me nearly to kill Slade. What more do you want?” Beast Boy argued. “I still don’t trust her.” Raven said, entering the conversation. “Take a look at what we brought then,” BB said, pointing to the bed of the truck. Beast Boy, along with the other titans and Terra walked to the back and looked in. Inside, lying unconscious, was the evil genius who had turned Terra into the Titans’ enemy. Now there he was, crippled by the girl that he had attempted to control. Grabbing Slade, Robin and tossed him to the ground. "Time to get some payback, Terra said as she got out of the car. "I still don’t trust her?" Raven said in her monotone voice. "I'm sorry, really, but Beast Boy can vouch for me" Still Raven refused to believe Terra, even though the evidence was right in front of her. There was no way that Beast Boy could have taken Slade down alone. Shaking her head, Raven left the others. “Perhaps, but you're going to prove yourself a lot better this time" Robin said, crossing his arms. "I intend to" Terra responded and with that, she and Beast Boy carried the unconscious villain into a torture chamber. Robin and Starfire followed, making sure that nothing sinister was going on.

Beast Boy and Terra sat Slade down, pulled of the chains and quickly use some leather straps to tie Slade to a wooden chair that was littered with splinters. "Ouch, " Slade said waking up. "Time for your punishment" Terra said, her eyes glowing more golden from fury then ever before. She grabbed a whip and began using it on Slade's face and chest. The whip, although made of leather, had some glass and nails in it too, adding to the pain and allowing it to slash up Slade's chest. "Hold on, time to give him those shocks that you wanted to give him." BB said while attaching some wires to a battery and into a switch. From there, some more wires ran to two gator clamps (those things that you use to jump start your car battery, only these ones where smaller and nipped at the tips of Slade nipples). "Oh God, stop! " Slade shouted in agony, "Please have mercy." "You'll get the same treatment that you gave me,” Terra shouted at Slade, and with that she turned on the current, sending electricity into Slade's battered body. Robin and Starfire weren’t far behind but hurried to see what was going on. Beast Boy and Terra were laughing, but one of those laughs when people like to see others in pain. "Holy Shit" Robin said as he saw BB and Terra torture Slade. "Oh, hi guys" BB said, "Wanna watch us torture Slade? Terra and I are having one of the best days of our lives.” “Uh Beast Boy?” Terra said. I need something to help me with my injuries.” Just then, Raven walked in and being the into all sorts of dark practices, she wanted to see Slade in pain. “Terra needs some medical treatment" Beast Boy said, "I'll take care of that,” Raven said waving her hand over Terra's batteredy. y. Instantly, the bruises faded and Terra was feeling great again. "Why did you do that?” Terra looked amazed. “I was meditating, looking into your mind, searching for your intent on being her. No corner of your mind was left unchecked, so I know everything about you, your past, you’re your motives.” “And?” Terra asked. “And I can said that you are indeed being honest with us.” Raven said monotone, keeping control of her emotions. “I want to help Terra get he mind of Slade, if only for a little bit,” Beast Boy piped up. "Sure" Robin said as he took control of Beast Boy primitive electric torture device. "I'm going to enjoy this" Robin said as he played with the switch, sending short spurts of energy down the wire. Robin then grabbed some more clips and Raven used her powers to wrap them around each of Slade’s teeth. "I am going to go meditate again. I haven't done much today and I need to control my emotions" Raven said and she slipped up to room through one of her dark portals. Cyborg was still working on new Titan communicators so he wouldn’t be around and Starfire decided that she would go to bed. It was late and she had been working herself into a frenzy worrying about Beast Boy. "Beast Boy" Terra said leaving the room, "I need to give you something for saving me." Smiling Beast Boy ran to catch up with her.
