Dick finishes his breakfast and heads upstairs to Bruce's bathroom because his is under repair. Dick goes in and brushes his teeth and wash his face. Commissioner Gordon says, “Fine for each towel you took out of the bathroom you must take a dare from me. How many towels did you remove from the bathroom?"
Bullock says, "Five!"
Commissioner Gordon says, “First Dare! I dare you to bring back the towel and remove my robe?"
Bullock protest, "But then I will be naked."
Commissioner Gordon says, "Well you should have thought about that before you took the towels out of the bathroom."
Bullock stomps away and get the towels. When he comes back he hand the towels to the Commissioner. The Commissioner take one towel to dry off and puts the others away. Then he wraps it around his waist. Bullock slowly undoes the straps on the robe and then removes it.
Commissioner Gordon picks up the robe and put it on. Then he says, "Dare Two. I dare you to stand there while I hit you with a paddle five times."
Bullock says, "Wait a minute!"
Commissioner Gordon says, "Remember you agreed to this."
He leaves to get the paddle. When Commissioner Gordon comes back he tells Bullock, "Ok I am going to count them out. One." Then the paddle hits Bullock's butt hard for the first time.
