Betty and Reggie soon got married and both sets of parents rejoiced.
It was a beautiful wedding. All of their friends and family came. Betty was the most beautiful bride ever seen. Her pregnancy not showing yet. The bride and groom shed tears as they said their vows. There were no dry eyes that day. Even Archie’s eyes were teary The Coopers and the Mantles always felt the two belonged together. Betty just needed someone to open her eyes about Archie, and to make her forget Archie. It seems Reggie was that man. Yes the womanizer the bad boy, the wolf. He freed their baby girl from that silly obsession with that Andrews boy. Betty and Reggie graduated from College. They both opted to go to graduate school nearer to Riverdale, because of the baby. They were very happy.Six Months later…..
When their little girl was placed in her father’s arms six months after their wedding, you have never seen a more doting husband and prouder father. She looked just like her mother. Her proud parents named her Victoria Alice Mantle. Chuck and Nancy, Archie and Veronica was the Godparents Reggie said he was getting a shotgun for this girl. "No guys like me around my daughter. No sir!" “She can’t date until she is twenty”, he said. Everyone laughed at him. Poor Reggie! He was in for trouble. The baby was beautiful and would probably be a heartbreaker. "I'm sure we can discuss it more when the time comes sweetie. Vicky won't be dating for a long while." Betty was shaking with laughter at her husband. Besides they would have others he would have to worry about. The bad boy has been tamed. He found his mate. Wolves mate for life. Archie and Ronnie were jealous that Reggie and Betty got married and had a baby before they did. “I didn’t know they were even dating! Archie said. “Oh well, obviously they were. Let's get married soon Archiekins….. I’m pregnant ” “Sure lamb” then …..silence. Archie had passed out! But that's another story.......
