Uh, isn't the male version of Supergirl... Superboy? Also known as Kon-El? Wouldn't a 'Superguy' be 'Superman', aka Clark Kent?
I mean seriously, DC DOES have a multiverse. Why not just have Superboy have sex with another universe's version of himself? It'd make a lot more sense than this.
