I am a huge Riddler fan, less so with Batgirl, and your pairing here surprised me, but I have to say you pulled it off very, very well. This was a story that didn't leave me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm very glad that you didn't let the sexual aspects of the situation just totally take over. That was a very intense encounter and you did a good job of exploring the characters' emotions other than the obvious S&M aspects (i.e., Edward's bruised ego and wanting to go back to Arkham to boast, Barbara's sympathy for Harvey and how Batman intimidates her.) So, overall, I think this story is just long and bitter-sweet enough to satisfy without overdoing it or leaving anything to be desired. Go you! :)

I randomly decided to read this story from the latest page and was very glad that I did. As a bit of a Riddler fan, I thought the characterisation was absolutely top notch, and Batgirl seemed very good as well (most of the Babs comic appearences I've read have been with her as Oracle.) I also found myself chuckling in places I feel sure were meant to get chuckles! I've not read much spanking stuff, but as a superhero/villain character piece this really entertained me.

Ok, so as one of the AFF authors who NEVER updates his own stuff, I gotta be the first to say: update this. It has great characterization, tells the story in an interesting way, and has an interesting backstory beyond the titillation of spanking. I liked reading it the whole way through, but I thought it ended way too soon. Perhaps Eddie persists in his devious ways and Batgirl is forced to be even more creatively strident with him? Keep it up.
